Notice of receivership

On March 28, 2025, of Gold Flora Corporation, was ordered into receivership in aid of dissolution.  Stone Blossom Capital LLC was appointed as Receiver pursuant to a court order entitled: ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER'S EX PARTE APPLICATION APPOINTING RECEIVER (the “Order”).  The hearing on the Order to Show Cause to confirm the Receiver is set for May 28, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.  Any objection to the confirmation of the Receivership appointment must be filed pursuant to the statutory notice as prescribed in Code of Civil Procedure, section 1005.  For a copy of the order or for other inquiries you can contact the receiver at questions@stoneblossomllc.com.
